Job Details

The Project Manager, Strategic Accounts will oversee and drive the full lifecycle of strategic projects, ensuring the successful implementation of software and hardware solutions for key accounts. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in delivering high-quality projects that exceed customer expectations. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, effective resource management, and continuous process improvement. As a key player in driving operational excellence, this role will focus on lessons learned, implementing best practices, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The individual will have the opportunity to grow into a Senior Project Manager role, developing leadership skills and expertise in project management within the gaming and casino industry.

What you'll do

  • Project Management Core Tasks
  • Software & Hardware Installations: The PM will oversee the deployment and upgrades of products at customer locations, ensuring a structured approach.
  • Customer Interaction: Direct communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors is essential throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Planning: A detailed timetable, regular meetings, and project milestones are expected to ensure projects are on track.
  • Multitasking: Managing multiple projects simultaneously is a key aspect of the role.
  • Resource Allocation: The PM collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure resources (staff, materials, and tech) are allocated appropriately.
  • Reporting: Regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership (ATI Executive Stakeholders) on project health, risks, and milestones.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying lessons learned and recommending solutions for better performance in future projects.
  • Communication
  • Primary Role as Liaison: The PM will act as a communication bridge between departments, ensuring that project activities are aligned with the broader organizational goals.
  • Supervisory
  • Leadership & Mentorship: The PM will not only manage projects but also provide guidance and feedback to team members.
  • The role includes acting as an escalation point for disputes or conflicts, both within the team and with customers.
  • Maintaining adherence to project standards, including quality and consistency, will be a part of the day-to-day.

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of the gaming industry and technical aspects of the job is required.
  • Health & Safety: There is an emphasis on workplace safety and ensuring the well-being of employees, visitors, and contractors. This includes ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and investigating incidents where necessary

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technical Management, Project Management or a related field and 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a Project Manager role or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.  Demonstrated understanding of casino related gaming and work on high scale projects preferred.

  • Certifications: A Master Certification for Games is required within 6 months of employment. Training provided by ATI

  • Should have analytical, problem identification and problem-solving abilities.

  • Should be able to work independently with some management intervention.  

  • Should have general technical and business knowledge sufficient to understand all factors affecting the project planning, execution and management.

  • Should have a reasonable understanding of supported products, infrastructure and methodologies. 

  • Demonstrates a reasonable standard of soft skills (communication, inter-personal, team orientated to support interfacing with customers.) 

  • Previous record of the ability to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Should be collaborative and team oriented and able to work with internal and external groups (D&D, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Customers, etc.) to resolve issues across global cultures and different time zones.

  • The ability to work with others and to perform in a team environment is essential.

  • Able to communicate with cross-functional team, customers and vendors.

Pay Range

$82,022 - $152,327 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
