Job Description

As a purchasing clerk, the job involves administrative processing of orders, coordinating delivery dates and quantities with production and customers. The daily tasks include maintaining master data in the inventory management system, optimizing ordering processes, and weekly coordination with suppliers. The clerk also prepares evaluations and statistics, and participates in projects in the supply chain. This role requires a solution-oriented approach, high degree of independence, negotiation skills, and initiative. It involves communicating with different departments to introduce ideas and continuously optimize processes.
Must have:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent.
  • Experience in procurement, material management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
  • Solution-oriented, independent, and proactive.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • High resilience.

Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?

  • Bedarfsermittlung und Bestellabwicklung mittels ERP-System
  • Verfolgung der Liefertermine, Sicherstellung der pünktlichen und qualitätsgerechten Lieferung
  • Wöchentliche Abstimmung mit den Lieferanten (extern und intern (Schwestergesellschaften))
  • Koordination, Überwachung und Optimierung der Lieferkettenaktivitäten
  • Analyse bestehender Versorgungsprozesse mit dem Schwerpunkt der Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen, Schaffung von Maßnahmenplänen und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung
  • Analysen in Excel von Reichweiten, Überbeständen, und Verfolgung der Maßnahmen…
  • Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Unterstützung, Beteiligung und Leitung von Supply Chain und Logistikprojekten

Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Beschaffung, Materialwirtschaft
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, besonders Excel
  • Deutsch und Englisch, verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Eigeninitiative.
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Austausch mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen, Ideen einbringen und Prozesse kontinuierlich optimieren
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit

Wie sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus?

Als Sachbearbeiter Beschaffung beginnt der typische Arbeitstag mit der administrativen Abwicklung von Bestellungen und der Abstimmung der Liefertermine und -mengen mit Produktion und Kunden. Die Stammdatenpflege im Warenwirtschaftssystem, die Optimierung der Bestellprozesse sowie die wöchentliche Abstimmung mit Lieferanten zur Erreichung der Kennzahlen gehören zu den täglichen Aufgaben. Außerdem erstellt der Sachbearbeiter regelmäßig Auswertungen und Statistiken und übernimmt weitere Projekte im Bereich Supply Chain.
