Synechron is seeking an experienced Python/Perl Developer to join our dynamic team. With 4 to 6 years of experience, you will play a critical role in developing robust and scalable applications that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in Python and Perl, along with your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions and driving technological advancement.
Software Requirements
Required Proficiency:
- Python and Perl: Advanced experience
- Web frameworks: Flask, Django (for Python) and Mojolicious, Dancer (for Perl)
- Version control systems: Git
Preferred Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices
Overall Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python and Perl.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and integrate APIs and web services to enhance application functionality.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Optimize existing applications for speed and scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to system design and processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our development process.
- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
