With 80% of our buyers being women, primarily Gen Z, who are passionate about beauty, we are at the forefront of shaping the future of beauty retail. As a leader in beauty eCommerce, we continuously push the boundaries of what's possible in the online space. From a beauty-centric cataloged database to a live commerce platform, we are transforming how Gen Z discovers and engages with beauty products.
We are seeking a visionary Senior eCommerce Manager to drive further growth and innovation as we continue shaping the future of online beauty retail. The candidate will be a creative problem solver and project leader with high levels of intellectual curiosity. S/he will work with key stakeholders from all functions across the organization to build strategies and drive structured and data-based recommendations to action. Within this role, the candidate will have the ability to influence key elements of eBay Japan’s strategy and to help shape the future direction of Qoo10. The ideal candidate has a track record of making pragmatic, actionable recommendations with real world implementation experience.
