Job Description

This is a full-cycle recruiting role at Polygon Labs, focusing on business and technology positions across all levels, from interns to C-suite executives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruiting strategies, delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences, proactively building diverse candidate pools, leveraging Web3 ecosystem knowledge, and participating in cross-functional projects to improve talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical and non-technical Web3 roles, a deep understanding of the Web3 industry, and proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates while providing a top-tier candidate experience. Experience with internal tooling and ATS (like Lever and Notion) is essential, along with the ability to partner with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.

About Polygon Labs

Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the AggLayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the AggLayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon Miden, which is in development as well as Polygon CDK.

Your Role

  • Full cycle recruiting of business & technology roles at all levels – from intern to c-suite.

  • Develop and deliver recruiting strategies for new and existing markets.

  • Deliver high-quality stakeholder experience across candidates, hiring managers, and within the talent acquisition team.

  • Proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels.

  • Leverage and develop your knowledge and experience within the Web3 ecosystem.

Participate in cross-functional projects, aimed at improving talent acquisition across the business.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience within an in-house environment, with an emphasis on hiring for both technical & non-technical Web3-related positions.

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Web3 industry.

  • Ability to source, screen, and close candidates, while delivering a first-class candidate experience.

  • Proven experience utilizing and managing internal tooling and ATS (such as Lever and Notion).

  • Ability to partner with internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and updates.
