Job Summary
Job Description
This is an internship for a Recruiting Intern position based in Shenzhen. Responsibilities include resume screening, phone interviews, interview follow-up, scheduling, assisting the recruitment manager with campus recruitment projects (including writing promotional materials, creating posters, and data organization), maintaining employer brand image on recruitment websites, and managing internal referral programs and rewards. The internship is full-time and runs from after the new year to May.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proficient in Office software
- Poster design and文案writing skills
- Experience in student organizations
- Strong communication and organizational skills

职位描述
1、负责招聘岗位的简历筛选、电话邀约、面试跟进、日程安排等；
2、协助招聘经理招完成校招项目运营，包括但不限于宣传文案编写、海报制作、数据整理等；
3、收集雇主品牌资料信息，进行招聘网站雇主品牌形象维护，发布正向的宣传内容；
4、进行内部推荐的运营和奖励的发放。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，可提供3个月的实习；
2、熟练使用office办公软件，能够独立制作海报，撰写有趣文案；
3、有学校社团/学生会组织管理经验，具备全局意识和运营思维；
4、思维敏捷、独立性强、勇于尝试，爱玩 具有广阔的脑洞。
备注：全职实习，年后工作到5月份。
