As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will collaborate directly with leaders and their teams to define and implement health and safety projects established within the framework of annual business plans. This position primarily focuses on the following: Health and Safety Management Systems - CSA Z45001 - establishing sustainable management systems; Development - increasing the capacity of restaurant leaders and health and safety committees; Compliance - supporting the implementation of health and safety programs to ensure their compliance, interacting with regulatory authorities; Continuous improvement - continuing to innovate health and safety programs in regional markets; Business growth - continuing to promote a culture of health and safety with restaurant and office teams across Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. You will participate in injury and equipment accident investigations, supervise incident reports and workers' compensation management, analyze trends, conduct internal health and safety audits, and provide guidance on all areas of health and safety.
