The Regional Lead, Real Estate Program Controls Manager is responsible for driving consistent project controls practices across all projects within a designated region. This role will implement and maintain standard procedures for cost and schedule requirements, perform cost engineering functions, build and maintain delivery and commercial models, partner with district leadership and cross-functional teams, and develop presentation templates for clear and credible project delivery recommendations.
Good To Have:- Master's degree or MBA
- 7 years of experience as a quantity surveyor, project controls manager, financial analyst, or construction estimator
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements
- Experience distilling information into management reporting
- Experience in vendor management and an extended workforce resource model
- Knowledge about general construction market conditions
Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting
- 7 years of experience managing technical programs/projects
- Experience with construction planning and dispute resolution
- Experience with construction management
