Report Program Progress: Provide clear and concise reports on ART progress to leadership and stakeholders, tracking metrics such as velocity, quality, and feature delivery.

Coach and Mentor: Act as a mentor and coach to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other key stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and the SAFe framework.

Drive Agile Maturity: Lead efforts to increase the Agile maturity of the teams within the ART, identifying opportunities for process improvements and coaching teams on best practices.

PI Objectives and Roadmap: Ensure that PI objectives are set and met, with alignment to long-term roadmaps and strategies. Work with stakeholders to adjust as needed throughout the program lifecycle.
