Job Description
As a Research Intern at Eyeline Studios, you'll be part of a cutting-edge team developing revolutionary technologies in video/image generative AI and 3D neural representation. You'll engage in hands-on research, developing and implementing algorithms to enhance filmmaking, content creation, and visual effects. You'll conduct experiments to validate research hypotheses and prototype new ideas, contributing to the future of visual storytelling.
Must have:
- PhD in Computer Vision, Graphics, AI, or Machine Learning
- Software Engineering Experience
- Python, C++, or related programming language expertise
- Neural Network training/inference and architecture design experience
- Practical knowledge of video/image generative AI or 3D representation
- Content (re)creation experience using generative AI
- Effective communication skills

We are seeking exceptional PhD students to join our research team as Research Interns for the Summer 2025 internship program.
As a Research Intern, you will work on groundbreaking research projects using video/image generative AI and 3D neural representation/reconstruction techniques to revolutionize the field of filmmaking, content (re)creation, and visual effects/enhancements (relighting, super-resolution, stylization, etc).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in hands-on research activities related to video/image generative AI and 3D neural representation/reconstruction
- Work on developing and implementing innovative algorithms and techniques to address challenges in the field of filmmaking, content (re)creation, and visual effects/enhancements (relighting, super-resolution, stylization, etc)
- Conduct experiments to validate research hypotheses and prototype new ideas
Qualifications
- Enrolled in PhD in Computer Vision, Graphics, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Machine Learning.
- Demonstrated software engineer experience
- Expert knowledge of Python, C++, or other related programming language
- Practical experience working with neural network training/inference and architecture design for video/image generative AI or 3D representation
- Practical knowledge of content (re)creation using generative AI, including diffusion models
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
