SAG Support Analyst
Job Summary
Job Description
This role requires experience in production support (24/7). The candidate should have experience in L1/L2 support. Expert level knowledge of Software AG WebMethods 10.x Integration Server and related technologies is essential. Familiarity with Webmethods components such as Trading networks, Pub-sub models, MWS, and integration server, JDBC Adapter is needed. Strong knowledge in Core Java is also required. The candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Must have:
- Experience in Production support (24/7)
- Experience in L1/L2 Support
- Expert knowledge of Software AG WebMethods 10.x
