The Sales Cadet at Aristocrat is an entry-level role designed to kickstart a career in sales through a structured, cross-functional training program. Based in Las Vegas, this position supports the sales team in driving business growth by maintaining existing customer relationships, helping to identify new opportunities, and meeting annual sales targets. This is a 2-year program where you will gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, finance, sales support, and analytics—building a well-rounded foundation in Sales. While following a training regimen. This role requires up to 50% travel.
What You'll Do
Develop industry knowledge to identify, qualify, and support the closing of target accounts while delivering exceptional service to existing customers and cross-functional teams within the assigned market.
Collaborated with regional management to develop account targeting strategies, support customer relationship initiatives, and close sales.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports on schedule and assist with the development/ maintenance forecasting.
Conduct quotes and business proposals to present to the sales team.
Demonstrate product knowledge and present products utilizing P.O.S. materials and presentation kits.
Ensure efficiency by providing Systems business opportunities to Aristocrat Systems sales staff.
Positions and promotes Aristocrat, Inc. as a high-performance, world-class manufacturing, sales and service organization within assigned sales territory
Maintain accurate customer and order fulfillment records
Build customer relationships, contribute to team initiatives, and applying creative, forward-thinking solutions to projects
What We're Looking For
Must be 21 years or older
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or its equivalent, preferred
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Technical knowledge sufficient to demonstrate the company’s games and systems products to customers and respond effectively to customers’ questions
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
Maintain professionalism
Detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficient in written and verbal English communication
Must be able to travel up to 50 percent

$78,050 - $144,950 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
