What You'll Do

    • Creating and onboarding project teams, ensuring they are integrated into the organization, and making sure all parties involved fulfill their responsibilities. 
    • Encouraging the use of agile engineering practices, such as Continuous Integration (CI) tools, to help software teams be more efficient. 
    • Facilitating Agile ceremonies and discussions between development and customer teams, and coaching the team on Scrum processes.
    • Keeping the product backlog up-to-date, which includes features, tasks, and other items needed to bring the product to market. 
    • Facilitating communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team. 
    • Monitoring project progress and providing timely feedback. 
    • Driving a culture of agility and learning. 
    • Getting buy-in from stakeholders, conveying the business benefits of Scrum, listening to stakeholder issues, reassuring them, and closing the feedback loop. 
    • Coordinating with other Scrum Masters in the organization to ensure the implementation of Scrum principles throughout the workforce.
    • Helping developers do their best, even though they don't delegate tasks themselves.

What You Know

    • Proven experience in creating, onboarding, and integrating project teams, ensuring responsibility alignment across all parties.
    • Demonstrated expertise in implementing agile engineering practices, including the use of Continuous Integration (CI) tools for team efficiency.
    • Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum processes to enhance collaboration and productivity.
    • Proficiency in maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs with relevant features and tasks for effective market delivery.
    • Ability to facilitate seamless communication and information exchange between project teams and external groups.
    • Experienced in monitoring project progress and providing timely feedback to guide team performance and alignment.
    • Ability to drive a culture of agility and continuous learning within teams and across the organization.
    • Skilled in obtaining stakeholder buy-in, addressing concerns, communicating Scrum benefits, and closing feedback loops.
    • Experience in collaborating with other Scrum Masters to ensure cohesive Scrum principles across the organization.
    • Proven track record of supporting development teams to perform at their best without direct task delegation.
