As a Senior Account Manager at Google, you'll manage a portfolio of large, complex businesses, building strong client relationships and deeply understanding their needs. You'll drive customer value by delivering exceptional sales experiences, ensuring growth that aligns with client marketing objectives. Responsibilities include exceeding quarterly business and product growth goals, acting as the primary client contact for media planning and performance across Google platforms, and orchestrating internal Google teams to solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and implement campaigns. You will leverage your expertise in online media, communication, and analysis to shape how businesses grow, anticipate client decision-making, and uncover business needs. This role requires fluency in Hebrew and English.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in advertising/sales
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills
  • Exceed sales quotas
  • Manage client portfolio & drive growth

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding the digital marketing and advertising landscape, including online marketing strategies, tactics, and campaign management.
  • Ability to self-start, with a desire to learn, seek out new business opportunities, and continuously improve.
  • Ability to exceed sales quotas in advertising or media sales, while managing a client portfolio and driving business growth.
  • Excellent problem solving and research skills, with the ability to leverage data analysis to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on achieving quality results.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Own a portfolio of large complex businesses by managing trusted relationships with clients, developing a thorough understanding of their business, identify opportunities for growth and managing risks.
  • Drive customer value and ensure growth of their business by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieve customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Act as the primary client point-of-contact on media planning, delivery and performance of Google Media across Google platforms.
  • Own and orchestrate engagement of relevant Google teams in all problem solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning and implementation.
