Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Call Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers via outbound calls, promoting our products/services, gathering feedback, and building customer relationships. Key responsibilities include making a high volume of outbound calls daily, qualifying leads, taking care of incoming calls, promoting products/services, building rapport with customers, and managing data accurately in the CRM system.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Call Agents to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential and existing customers via outbound calls, promoting our products/services, gathering feedback, and building customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and a strong focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound/Inbound Calling:
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective or current customers.
Qualify leads and maintain a robust call list for maximum customer reach
Take care of all incoming calls

Product/Service Promotion:
Clearly explain the company’s offerings, answer customer questions, and promote relevant products/services.
Offer personalized recommendations based on customer interests and requirements.

Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term engagement.
Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions or guidance.

Data Management:
Accurately document call outcomes, update customer information, and track follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Maintain meticulous call records and adhere to data privacy policies

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment is preferred. Fresher can also apply.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
