Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable experience at the Rosehill venue. This role requires experience in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment with multiple revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, focus on expanding the customer base, and a passion for developing their team. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing the business, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fun, chatty environment. Prior experience in Bingo is not required. The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage a business or department.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join us at our wonderful Rosehill venue, to overtake from a great General Manager and continue to drive the business forward.

You don’t need to have a background in Bingo; all we ask is that you have experience of working in a hospitality, leisure or entertainment business, where you have worked across multiple revenue streams. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset, a focus on expanding the local customer base, a passion for people that releases the energy and values of our team and a passion for our business that inspires those around them.

Maybe you’ve worked in pubs, had your own entertainment venue or spent long weekends working in retail… if so then you probably have the resilience and passion for customer experience we’re looking for

Qualifications

Your attitude is more important than experience, we are looking for people who love looking after customers, are fun, adaptable, caring and hardworking who will fit into a cheeky chatty environment.
Good communication skills
Experience in Leading a Team
