Brillio is seeking a Senior Adobe Campaign Lead to support the execution of strategic email marketing campaigns. This role involves working under client direction to build emails, create campaign workflows, schedule emails, and pull lists. Responsibilities include leading consultative engagements, providing consulting services for Adobe Campaign implementation and adoption, configuring the solution to meet business needs, developing customer-specific solutions, troubleshooting, creating implementation plans, providing estimates, documentation, and knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Campaign, SQL development, scripting, and enterprise software implementation. This position does not offer sponsorship and prefers candidates who can work on a W2 basis.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of SQL development experience including ETL
  • 3+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)
  • 5+ years of enterprise software implementation/development
  • 3+ years implementing Adobe Campaign for clients
  • Experience setting up fresh Adobe Campaign instances
  • Experience creating complex scheduled multi-touch campaigns
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
Good to have:
  • Experience with other email/automation/project management tools like Taxi for Email, Stensul, Litmus, Airtable
  • Experience with ETL workflows and data-flows
  • Experience hosting deskside coaching sessions
  • Experience creating complex deliveries with personalization

We are seeking an individual to support execution of strategic email marketing campaigns. This individual would work under the direction of clients email marketing team on fulfilling requests for building emails, creating campaign workflows, scheduling emails and/or pulling lists. They may support pulling reports related to email performance. It would be helpful to have someone who is familiar working in a marketing environment.
 
  • We need someone who can hit the ground running, so we have STRONG preference for someone with experience using Adobe Campaign to reduce any onboarding/training time and support large volume in the next two months. Additionally, experience with other email/automation/project management tools like Taxi for Email, Stensul, Litmus, Airtable is helpful.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their technical and business challenges. This will include delivering workshops, presenting solution overviews and providing benefits analysis of software features and developments
  • Provide consulting services to aid the implementation, adoption, operation and expansion of Adobe Campaign at client organizations
  • Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):
  • Work with Clients to assess requirements
  • Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows
  • Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to customers’ requirement including Campaigns set-ups, building web pages using Scripting
  • Develop customer specific solutions where necessary and document them
  • Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution
  • Create Implementation plans for new and existing clients
  • Creation of accurate estimates and quotations for Adobe Campaign Consulting services
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution
  • Ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
  • Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implemented
  • Product Upgrades and Configuration activities
  • Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which don’t have dedicated Project Managers
 
Build great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team, Learn and Adopt best-practices from such teams globally
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations
 
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of SQL development experience including ETL implementations
  • 3+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)
  • 5+ years of enterprise software implementation/development experience
  • 3+ years implementing Adobe Campaign for clients with Have worked on setting up a fresh instance of Adobe Campaign to go live for at least 4 clients
  • Have setup ETL workflows with initial data loads and corresponding schemas and forms
  • Have hosted deskside coaching sessions with clients demonstrating functionality built and enabling clients to use it
  • Have created complex scheduled multi touch campaigns
  • Have created complex deliveries with more than 5 personalization fields
  • Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure, think quickly, delivering to tight deadline
