SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Brand Designer, who can elevate the level of craft across every project you work on. The Designer is responsible for the branding evolution of content across a variety of asset types and communication channels.

This role will partner closely with our senior brand strategy team and design director. This role will allow for ample autonomy to shape the various types of content that is created for multiple channels across our clients’ audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Identity Development

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the brand's values, mission, and target audience, working closely with the brand strategy strategy team to ensure in ensuring these strategic specifications is are visually represented. Create visual elements such as logos, colour palettes, typography, and imagery that embody the brand's essence. Conceptualizing and building brands from the ground up, working close with the brand strategy team and/or refreshing existing bands

Brand Guidelines Creation

Establish comprehensive brand guidelines outlining the usage of visual elements to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines by internal teams and external partners.

Logo Design

Conceptualize and design logos that effectively communicate the brand's identity and resonate with its target audience. Create on logo designs based on feedback and market research to achieve optimal results.

Graphic Design

Design marketing materials, packaging, digital assets, and other branded collateral consistent with the brand's visual identity. Incorporate design principles such as typography, layout, and colour theory to create visually appealing and cohesive designs. Ensuring a cohesive brand visual architecture while creating design visuals and other assets.

Brand Strategy Support

Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align design initiatives with broader brand objectives and marketing campaigns. Provide creative input and design solutions that support brand strategy and messaging.

Brand Communication

Develop visual storytelling concepts that effectively communicate the brand's narrative and values across various channels. Create compelling visuals for social media, advertising campaigns, and other brand communications.

Brand Evolution and Adaptation

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to evolve and adapt the brand's visual identity over time. Conduct regular audits of brand assets and materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • A portfolio of outstanding and highly crafted brand design work from a top agency or brand.

  • Superpowers across the Adobe creative suite

  • Experience of delivering impactful design projects either agency our in-house

  • Confident in your creative thinking and can challenge briefs and the status quo

  • Ability to interact with co-workers effectively and appropriately at a variety of levels, across many disciplines

  • Ability to interpret feedback, whether from Creative Directors, producers or clients, and make changes to creative work in response to this feedback

  • Able to offer constructive insights, options and ideas to keep projects moving forwards
