You will also oversee studio campaigns and communication channels, ensuring alignment with the studio's vision and goals. This role involves significant internal communication, with some social media and PR aspects.

As Senior Communications Manager you oversee planning and implementing strategic and tactical communications activities targeting a range of internal and external stakeholders for our studios in Romania. You are tasked with shaping the perception and reputation of our studio through different internal and external channels. The majority of the position is focused on internal communications with some small additions of Social media and PR.  

A big part of your role is to work with a number of internal stakeholders and, in collaboration with your team, produce content for primarily internal communication initiatives – making sure that these fit into the studios and companys wider narrative and strategy, and are communicated in the appropriate way through our channels.  

You will report to the Zone Communications Director, located in Malmö, Sweden, but will have full responsibility for the local communication efforts in Romania, and you are expected to drive the team and your work autonomously. 
 

Main mission:

  • Lead and oversee all communication (primarily internal) activities across the Romanian studios  
  • Mentor and support a small team as they grow in their respective roles.  
  • Together with the Zone Communications Director and Financial department work with budget planning and reporting related to Corporate Communication activities and departments 
  • Develop, maintain and execute a long-term studio content strategy, ensuring it is current and engaging (this includes, in collaboration with the team, being operationally involved in making sure we write and create the right content with the right tonality) 
  • Deliver high-quality copywriting and content creation. 
  • Develop and oversee a studio content and communication plan to make sure we keep a consistent and coherent pace of our communication.  
  • Oversee and make sure both the team and stakeholders are aligned when communicating within the studio channel framework.  
  • Oversee and support creation of all studio campaigns (recruitment, branding, Social Media posts)in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that they are aligned with studio vision, long-term goals, brand guidelines, tonality and tone of voice  
  • Oversee Studio Communication channels in collaboration with internal stakeholders.  
  • Act as a key partner for studio events – specifically those primarily related to product releases

  • Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or content creation, ideally within a fast-paced, creative environment. 
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines. 
  • Experience working with leadership and navigating complex stakeholder relationships. 
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools, intranet platforms, and social media best practices. 
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for fostering engagement and culture.
