Job Description

Senior Data Engineer at Ness Canada will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and warehousing solutions using technologies like Synapse, PySpark, and Azure tools. Responsibilities include ETL pipeline development using PySpark, Bitbucket code management, and leveraging CI/CD. Experience with Azure services (ADF, DataBricks, Azure Synapse) and Azure DevOps is preferred. The role requires strong Agile methodology experience and retail experience is a plus. The candidate will work on products and platforms for innovative software companies, collaborating with highly skilled professionals.

Must have:

Synapse/PySpark Notebook/Pipeline development
Data warehousing experience
ETL pipelines using PySpark
Bitbucket code management
CI/CD knowledge
Agile methodology experience

Good to have:

Microsoft Azure Tools (ADF, DataBricks, Azure Synapse)
MS Azure DevOps
Retail experience

Senior Data Engineer

Skills - Synapse/Pyspark Notebook/Pipeline development
Data warehousing Experience must.
ETL pipelines using Pyspark must.
Bitbucket code management must.
CICD knowledge must.
Understanding and implementation knowledge on various Microsoft Azure Tools (ADF, DataBricks, Azure synapse) preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of MS Azure DevOps preferred.
Should have experience in Agile methodology must.
Retail experience is preferred.
