Exabeam is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Director of Channel Programs to lead global development, execution, and optimization of partner program strategy. This executive role will oversee the Partner Program Office and architect a scalable, high-performance channel framework aligned to growth, partner experience, and market disruption. Responsibilities include building and executing the global partner program vision across onboarding, enablement, deal registration, incentives, partner scorecards, marketing automation, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in scaling global channel ecosystems and driving operational excellence through programmatic innovation.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in channel leadership, program management, or global partner strategy roles in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
  • Deep understanding of partner business models: VAR, MSSP, distributors, TSDs, and GSI alliances
  • Demonstrated success building and launching global partner programs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Executive presence with strong communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience using Salesforce, PRM tools, and BI platforms
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally

 Exabeam is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Director of Channel Programs to lead the global development, execution, and optimization of our partner program strategy. This executive role will oversee the Partner Program Office and serve as the architect of a scalable, high-performance channel framework aligned to growth, partner experience, and market disruption.

This role will be accountable for building and executing the global partner program vision across onboarding, enablement, deal registration, incentives, partner scorecards, marketing automation, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in scaling global channel ecosystems and a passion for driving operational excellence through programmatic innovation.
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Program Design & Strategy 
  • Build and execute a comprehensive channel program strategy in alignment with Exabeam’s GTM and partner goals
  • Own the global partner tiering model, program framework, and Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) evolution
  • Drive innovation across partner offerings, benefits, and monetization strategies (MDF, SPIFFs, rebates, etc.)

Partner Enablement & Experience 

  • Oversee development and rollout of scalable onboarding experiences, playbooks, certifications, and training (via LMS)
  • Implement technical enablement such as demo scripts, tech deep dives, and sales strategy webinars
  • Ensure field readiness with sales toolkits and enablement programs aligned to partner growth goals

Technology Tools & Operations 

  • Lead strategy and adoption of partner-facing tools: partner portal, deal registration, partner locator, campaign syndication
  • Oversee the development and implementation of performance dashboards, ROI tracking (MDF), and analytics for partner success 
    Collaborate with sales ops, marketing, and product to maintain program compliance and operational excellence

Partner Engagement & Insights 

  • Establish and manage a Voice of the Partner feedback loop, including surveys and partner advisory boards
  • Create specialization badging and recognition systems that reinforce strategic competencies and differentiation
  • Drive consistent partner communication and engagement across lifecycle stages
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in channel leadership, program management, or global partner strategy roles in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
  • Deep understanding of partner business models: VAR, MSSP, distributors, TSDs, and GSI alliances
  • Demonstrated success building and launching global partner programs from the ground up
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working with product, marketing, sales, and enablement
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset; experience using Salesforce, PRM tools, and BI platforms
  • Executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 - $250,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
