| The Role
The Business Operations & Planning team is seeking a Senior Director role overseeing Global Production Solutions. This Director will serve a critical role in executing the team goals of providing trusted support to Global content operations and Regional production teams, empowering scaled deployment of workflow and technology solutions at scale, and building bridges with cross-functional partners in order to bring impactful results against prioritized objectives.
Business Operations & Planning focuses on enabling content production through frictionless ways of working. This Director role will engage directly with the established regional Production Solutions teams to gather signals of production needs, surface pain points, determine opportunities to improve, and commission programs that align with business strategy. These programs may be purely operational in nature or they may rely on technology for solutioning, so an appreciation for both the content production process and product development lifecycle will be critical to success in this role. In addition, this role will partner with other content operations teams such as our internal managed services, innovative technology, sustainability, content risk, and talent development along with functional leaders across production management, post, vfx, and music in designing and executing towards a long-term vision of production solutions that effectively prioritizes shared resources.
While this is an in-person position based in Los Angeles, optimized execution will require international travel in order to stay tightly connected with key stakeholders and partners around the world.

Applying consistent decision making when determining which programs and projects to pursue across the possible portfolio of work.
Optimizing partnerships with other global teams to support their work across regions and in prioritizing shared resources with product and engineering teams.
Leading a team of subject matter experts and highly experienced content production professionals to execute on initiatives of highest impact to the business.
| Qualifications & Experience

Understanding of the product development process from discovery, to development, and through to deployment.
Ability to work with Senior Business Leaders by leveraging mature communication skills and executive presence.
Advanced creative problem solving skills; ability to process new inputs quickly and arrive at best-for-business proposed solutions.
