Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Back End Focus) with expertise in Java and TypeScript. Responsibilities include maintaining existing services (bug fixes, security updates, improvements), building new APIs and web applications using TypeScript and Java, migrating legacy services to new technologies, and creating and managing online ads for private users. The role involves working with user profile services and requires proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript/React, and strong communication skills in English and Ukrainian. Experience with Kafka, AWS, HTML, CSS, REST, relational databases, and DynamoDB is preferred.
Must have:

We are looking for Senior Full-stack Engineer (Java + TypeScript) to join our team.
About the client:
Our customer is the European online car market, with over 30 million monthly users and a presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of existing services (e.g., bug fixes, security updates, improvements in Java and TypeScript)
- Building new APIs and web applications (TypeScript+Java)
- Migrating legacy services to new technologies (TypeScript+Java)
- Creating and managing online ads for private users (Web)
- Running user profile services to store and manage user data
Requirements:
- Must-Have:
- Proficiency with Java/Spring Boot for building APIs and web applications
- Proficiency with TypeScript/React for web application development
- English and Ukrainian upper-intermediate level
- Should Have:
- Experience with Kafka AWS
- HTML and CSS Knowledge (clients don't use a CSS Framework)
- Experience with REST
- Relation Database and DynamoDB
Nice to have:
- Docker/containers
- AWS Lambda
