Job Summary

Job Description

Senior Game Producer needed with 5+ years experience in video game development, strong project management skills, experience with console games (PS4/PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch).
Must have:

Job Details

Your mission
  • You are responsible for the entire development cycle of game projects - from the initial design document to the final master 
  • You work closely with external development studios worldwide   
  • You define the scope of game projects in terms of time, budget and quality 
  • You provide creative and executive direction to improve product quality 
  • You create, track and manage development and milestone schedules 
  • You provide feedback on the progress of the development process, manage risks and issues and escalate as needed 
  • You work closely with all areas of publishing operations, including QA, localization, age ratings and first-party platform submissions  
 
Your profile
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in video game development 
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience  
  • You have experience producing video games for consoles like PS4 / PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch  
  • You have experience in project life cycles (start to finish) from multiple projects 
  • You have strong project management skills   
  • You have the ability to take responsibility and drive projects despite obstacles and issues  
  • You have a good knowledge of the games industry and the procedures involved 
  • You speak fluent English (C1/C2), German will be considered as an advantage
