We are looking for a… Senior Venture Architect ready to take ideas from 0 to 1…
You will partner closely with our senior VAs, pushing venture projects and their key activities e.g. market analysis, idea validation, business modeling or operational execution, owning your own workstreams, leading projects, and building lasting ventures or company building units.
Our clients expect products and not slide based concepts, hence why you can learn how to find viable startup ideas, turn them into an MVP and subsequently scale them.

In the role you will…
  • Partner with and (co-)lead our talented product-oriented teams to bring new ventures to life across industries—from initial exploration and ideation to validation and scaling, making strategic decisions that drive success.
  • Master the art Eric Ries Lean Startup approach, from validation techniques and business model development to ensuring desirability, viability, and feasibility. Turning complex challenges into strategic advantages.
  • Be responsible for venture project delivery and make sure you and your team navigate successfully through market analysis to uncover emerging trends, calculate market potential, and assess economic viability to identify growth opportunities and shape cutting-edge business models.
  • Find the key for shaping bold go-to-market strategies and developing digital solutions.
  • Develop lasting connections with founders and clients, presenting game-changing insights and strategic recommendations during regular interactions.
  • Have a huge impact on our client network through your well shaped stakeholder management and first class communication skills
  • Seamlessly navigate through diverse industries, cracking tough problems and creating sophisticated monetization strategies to unlock value for clients.
  • Thrive on reducing complexity and solving problems at lightning speed, adapting quickly to different projects and environments.
  • Taking over company-wide responsibility not just for the success of our ventures but also for the MVPF family

As a Senior Venture Architect you…

  • Bring at least 3–5 years of experience in roles like a Venture Architect, Founder’s Associate, Consulting, Investment Banking or in best case Founder, with a keen interest in venture capital and company building.
  • Extensive knowledge of various business models within different verticals from marketplaces to subscriptions
  • Business Saviness. Deep understanding of the steps paired with the ability of driving a business zero to one from the ideation, validation to the scaling phase
  • You excel at juggling multiple roles, including ensuring financial viability, leading projects, communicating with clients, facilitating processes, and translating complex ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, combined with the ability to tailor your approach to a group of diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach and guide Junior Venture Architects.
  • An entrepreneurial ‘hands-on’ mindset and efficient problem solver with the ability to quickly identify core operational challenges while knowing how tech and product play into building a successful business
  • A willingness to push your limits, having a “lifelong learning” mindset combined with humility and fierce resolve.
ADDITIONALLY:

Please see our list as a starting point. We don’t search for a 100% match of lists. We are looking for talented t-shape people which will fit in our diverse team and help us evolve.
