  • Manage trademark legal work globally, including trademark search, application, opposition, revocation, dispute, transfer, negotiation, administrative litigation, etc.
  • Other legal work related to intellectual property (including but not limited to trademarks, domain names, copyrights).
  • Construction of internal intellectual property processes within the department.
  • Authorization licensing, system analysis, policy interpretation, guidance, and project management related to departmental intellectual property management.

Who We Look For

  • Master's degree or above in law.
  • Over 5 years of relevant work experience in a law firm or in house legal department.
  • Understanding or familiarity with the trademark and domain name protection processes in major market countries or regions globally is preferred.
  • Having business judgement and the ability to deliver practical, commercially friendly and comprehensive advice.
  • Positive and optimistic work attitude; good legal logical thinking ability, excellent team cooperation/professionalism/language expression ability/communication skills/execution ability; strong stress resistance and coordination ability.
  • Having a good command of Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and oral) as working language to cooperate with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ.
