OKX is seeking a Senior Manager to scale its Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Engagement functions, aiming to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and growth-driven culture. This role involves designing and implementing L&D strategies, developing regional learning programs, and creating engaging employee experiences. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to address learning needs and employee experience challenges, design and deliver workshop content, and create e-learning experiences. Responsibilities also include designing programs that foster recognition and connection, and collaborating with HR teams to ensure program alignment. Good To Have:- Certifications in L&D, OD, or employee engagement tools (e.g., DiSC, Gallup, SHRM, CIPD).
- Content and instructional design expertise.
