Kavaliro is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support a client onsite in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management and trafficking of marketing projects using project management software (e.g., Jira), identifying risks related to timing, budget, and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.

  • Build and maintain a centralized library of sales collateral to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and up to date.

  • Provide operational support to e-commerce and online marketplace initiatives as needed.

  • Monitor and address compliance issues related to unauthorized resellers, coordinating reporting and follow-up activities.

  • Track customer metrics, competitor activity, and market trends to inform and adjust marketing strategies.

  • Manage all aspects of trade shows and corporate events, including registration, logistics, communication, lead management, and post-event follow-up within the CRM system.

  • Organize and execute company-hosted events and tours, ensuring high engagement and effective coordination.

  • Generate and maintain monthly reports and dashboards to track progress against marketing goals and quarterly KPIs.

  • Manage marketing budgets by processing and tracking invoices, and overseeing vendor relationships, contracts, and costs when outsourcing.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns, promotions, and materials.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing operations or project management role.

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and familiar with DAM/PIM systems.

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication abilities—written, verbal, and interpersonal.

  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Comfortable leading process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency.

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
