Job Description

The job involves achieving business growth in the broad market channels by effectively improving business and promoting regional business growth through stepwise management and expansion of offline penetration. Responsibilities include communicating and setting goals with broad market distributors, ensuring the orderly implementation of distribution goals, evaluating SKU sales combinations, and expanding regional distributors to cover more non-target terminals. Other responsibilities include formulating and implementing regional retail distribution strategies, developing business development plans, managing distributors, completing sales targets, increasing market share, and improving control over retail terminals. Coordination with headquarters and relevant functional departments, maintaining good customer relationships, managing customer returns, and developing and managing retail customers. Finally, the candidate will develop a long-term strategic partnership with customers. This role also includes other sales-related work as assigned by the direct manager.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or consumer goods sales.
  • Experience in key account management and channel management.
  • Familiarity with company products, competitive products, and relevant policies and regulations.
  • Knowledge of commercial channel sales and supply chain management.
Good to have:
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and market analysis skills.

依据公司的整体政策,合理制定及实施区域内的广阔零售分销策略 根据策略制定各区域广阔零售市场业务发展计划,通过辖区经销商的管理,完成公司管理销售指标并确保其达成,提升市场占有率,提高对本区域广阔零售终端市场的掌控能力。 与公司总部及区域相关职能部门保持密切协调与配合,积极推动生意健康持续发展。 区域客户总部和分部的沟通,维护客户良好的客户合作关系,管理所辖区域客户的收益率(包括合同条款执行、费用控制和促销评估等),定期与客户的业务部门进行业务回顾。 负责所辖区域内广阔零售客户的开发、维护与管理,包括提高市场份额、品牌渗透、新品分销与成长、价值链维护、销售渠道归拢、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈,持续扩大本公司产品在终端的市场销售份额、品牌可见度及影响力,与客户建立并形成长期的战略合作伙伴关系 直线经理安排的其他销售相关工作

任职条件:

  • 大学专科或以上学历,医药、市场营销或相关专业
  • 具有3年以上药品或消费品销售工作,大客户管理经验和渠道管理经验
  • 熟悉本公司产品及竞争产品市场情况和相关政策法规
  • 掌握商业渠道销售的工作环节、运作特点,具备一定的供应链管理的知识
  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件,包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)等
  • 优秀的销售能力
  • 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
  • 具有一定逻辑思维和市场分析能力
