Production Manager Trainee

The Production Management Trainee is responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of plant operations and manufacturing processes. This role involves hands-on training under the guidance of a mentor, with a focus on developing knowledge of Company products, procedures, panel and lumber grades, lumber math, and efficient material utilization. The trainee will learn to operate the company's business system, understand product costing, and gain insights into production scheduling, budget control, and continuous improvement. They will also supervise activities, develop knowledge of HR policies, and understand operations through facility tours. This role includes preparing reports and completing assigned courses.
