Job Description

The Global Service Administrator (Non Voice) role at Accurate Background involves conducting in-depth research, verifying information, and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities include cross-referencing data, verifying documents, and submitting information on supplier portals. The role also requires adaptability to different workflows, supporting global clients, and conducting country-specific research. The candidate must be able to handle inbound/outbound calls, communicate with stakeholders and document findings. Our Client Services team is the “voice” of Accurate Background – they connect with customers to provide information and resolve issues.


Responsibilities
  • Information Research & Verification (Backend & Blended)- Conduct in-depth research on provided details, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
  • Cross-reference data with available documents, online portals, and search engines.  
  • Verify ID documents for authenticity, consistency, and compliance with regulations.   
  • Detailed Investigation & Quality Control (Backend & Blended)
  • Perform comprehensive checks before submitting cases to avoid errors or duplicates. 
  • Ensure thorough validation to maintain high-quality research standards.  
  • Follow internal and client-specific verification guidelines. 
  • Supplier Portal & Report Submission (Backend & Blended).
  • Accurately submit verified information on the supplier portal.  
  • Ensure proper documentation to fetch precise and relevant results.   
  • Multi-Queue & Departmental Flexibility (Backend & Blended).
  • Work across three backend processes and one blended (calling + backend) process.  
  • Adapt to different workflows and process transitions as per business needs.    
  • Shift & Client Support Adaptability (Backend & Blended).
  • Open to working in rotational shifts to meet client and business requirements.  
  • Support global clients across different time zones.   
  • Basic Country-Specific Research (Backend & Blended).
  • Conduct online research to verify the availability of specific information in different countries.  
  • Identify country-specific regulations or restrictions related to data retrieval.   
  • Communication & Stakeholder Interaction (Blended Process).
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for verification purposes from education institute.  
  • Communicate with stakeholders professionally to validate information. 
  •  Document call findings accurately and ensure seamless backend integration.
