Job Description
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for managing cases and tasks, resolving them within SLAs, and providing end-user support. They will handle configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements, and act as a liaison between users, vendors, and development teams. The role involves participating in requirements review and application design, as well as handling administrative and development functions such as user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, Apex, and LWC development. They should possess effective communication skills to translate technical requirements into business language.
Must have:
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certified
- 5+ years Force.Com developer toolkit experience
- Experience with WebServices and interfaces (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with IDEs and tools like VS Code, Git
- Experience with Data Loader and other ETL tools

Responsibilities:
- Manage cases and tasks assigned to him/her daily
- Work on and resolve cases within specified SLAs
- Provide end user support, work on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancement
- Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors and other application development teams
- Participate in reviewing the business user and product requirement, and application design
- Handle administrative and development function such as, but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, apex and LWC development etc
- Must be Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certified; other Salesforce certification is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience with Force.Com developer toolkit (e.g. Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components);
- Experience with WebServices and interfaces (REST and/or SOAP);
- Experience with IDEs and tools, such as Visual Studio Code, Git, etc.;
- Experience with Data Loader and other ETL tools.
- Good problem solving/ troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Has good time management and priority management skills
- Effective communication skills (i.e able to translate technical requirements into business language)
