Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in ReactJS, proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and advanced JavaScript libraries & frameworks. Design and develop robust, fault-tolerant software solutions while collaborating with peers and leading code quality initiatives.

In this role, you will be engaged to work with cutting-edge technologies and provide scalable and quality solutions to problems/requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing robust, fault tolerant software solutions that deliver business value while adhering to quality system procedures governing software version control, configuration management and Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on ease of maintenance and extensibility.
- Collaborate with peers and lead(s) in the team to understand requirements and detail out design.
- Design of software service or application in alignment with architecture vision. Own technical designs/reviews
- Identify, plan and mitigate technology risks in a timely manner
- Champion code quality initiatives, drive it with rigor in the team and bring in TDD/BDD ways of development.
- Finds opportunities for collaboration across teams, works on cross-team commitments, and achieves scale by enabling the work for others.
- Up to date on software technologies and cloud frameworks
- Coach and mentor junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in IT or related field (minimum education level and/or related major for the role)
- Total UI development experience of 5 to 6 years.
- B. Tech/B.E with 5+ year of frontend development
- Hands on experience in ReactJS
- Good knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks
- Excellent Communication and strong listening skills are necessary.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment without compromising the quality
- Proficient knowledge of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- Ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet
- Strong understanding of front-end coding and development technologies.
