Job Description

The ServiceNow Developer role supports a wide range of technically oriented processes within the TIAA ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing enhancements to custom applications, ITSM processes, and integrations while adhering to best practices. Strong skills in JavaScript, Workflow/Flow Designer, and excellent communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, customizing workflows, integrating with external systems, and ensuring efficient operation of the ServiceNow platform.

Must have:

Minimum 3 years Software Development experience on the ServiceNow Platform
Minimum 3+ years building web applications with JavaScript, REST, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.
ServiceNow Platform Development, Administration, Configuration and Upgrades

Good to have:

ServiceNow JavaScript (Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs)
Agent Workspace, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence
ITIL/ITSM Processes Framework (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, etc.)
ServiceNow Catalog development with advanced/data-driven workflows
ServiceNow Database/Table Structure
Agile development process
ServiceNow Certified Administrator / Application Developer
