Site Merchandising & Operations Manager

We are seeking a Site Merchandising & Operations Manager to join our e-commerce client’s digital experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site merchandising operations for key brand experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping journey. You will play a critical role in digital transformation, helping to bring the omni-marketing calendar and digital strategy to life through data-driven insights, creative problem-solving, and eCommerce best practices.

This is a project-based opportunity through July 2025, with the potential for extension. Preference will be given to candidates in San Bruno, CA, or Bentonville, AR, though remote applicants within the continental U.S. are welcome. Candidates must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis.

Pay: $25-28/hr DOE


Responsibilities: 

• Oversee site merchandising operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
• Develop wireframes, work orders, and site categories to enhance the digital member journey.
• Optimize search, navigation, taxonomy, and content modules to improve discoverability and engagement.
• Partner with Category Managers and Marketing teams to develop and execute digital merchandising strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Manage multiple site merchandising and digital marketing projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Streamline and scale processes to enhance operational efficiency and digital excellence.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the member experience.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, merchandising tools, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience in data analysis with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing digital merchandising operations.
• Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and enhancing the customer experience.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
