Job Description
Hike is building the Hike Gaming Nation. This role involves planning, creating, and posting content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Telegram. Responsibilities include working on contests, challenges, and campaigns, creating engaging posts, memes, stories, and short-form videos, tracking performance and trends, and using AI tools to brainstorm ideas and scale content creation. The goal is to enhance the gaming community's engagement and presence. The company emphasizes core cultural values such as top talent, a pro-sports team attitude, customer obsession, innovation, ownership, deep thinking, moving fast, continuous learning, and dreaming big.
Must have:
- Content creator with established following
- Proficient in social media platforms
- Skilled in crafting memes and reels
- Sharp eye for trends and pop culture
- Knowledge of Canva and video editing
- Comfortable with AI tools for content creation
- Proactive, curious, and community-focused
Good to have:
- Casual gamer or experience with online communities

Skills & experience we're looking for
- Is a content creator and has been building their following on Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform I Top Talent in Every Role
- Lives and breathes social media (IG, YT, FB, Telegram = your playground)I Top Talent in Every Role
- Can craft scroll-stopping memes, reels, and captions in English & Hinglish I Think Deeply
- Has a sharp eye for trends, pop culture, and viral formatsI Think Deeply
- Knows Canva, basic video editing tools, and reel transitions I Be curious & keep learning
- Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, image/video generators, etc.) to ideate, speed up content creation, and stay ahead I Be curious & keep learning

You will be responsible for
- Operations- Help plan, create, and post content across Instagram, YouTube & Facebook, and Telegram.
- Operations- Work on contests, challenges & campaigns for our communities.
- Operations- Create fun posts, memes, stories & short-form videos that engage users.
- Analytics - Track performance & trends & share learnings to help us grow smarter
- Innovation - Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, image/video generators, etc.) to brainstorm ideas, write faster, and scale content creation
