Studio B is a fast-moving, fast-growing creative production company with an audience of 21 million+ followers and we create new exciting content every week. We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Executive, who is organised and super passionate about helping to make content that will blow our audience away.

We’re looking for a candidate who loves the social space (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and wants to be a part of a buzzy, vibrant team who are all driven by creating incredible content! We are a collaborative company, so everyone is involved in the brainstorming/idea creation process and we would love to have a like-minded individual join our team and be part of this.

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to join our team and enhance our online presence across various platforms.

Job Description:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role involves editing, managing, posting content, engaging with our community, and measuring the success of our campaigns to ensure alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Editing content for socials inc grade and sound design
  • Posting content on social platforms for internal and external projects
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs.
  • Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Maintain audience engagement on the companies social platforms.
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
  • Provide constructive feedback and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn and other social media best practices.
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
    • Excellent multitasking skills.
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
    • Good knowledge of editing, grading and sound design.
    • Proven ability to build social media communities.
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
    • Team player.
    • Excellent time-management skills.
    • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Skills in After effects is a nice to have.
