Job Description

This role involves managing the Warner Bros. Discovery - TVN office's reception and mailroom. Responsibilities include handling visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail (including X-ray inspection), coordinating internal and external correspondence (both physical and electronic), maintaining office equipment, and ordering supplies. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of office administration, mail handling procedures, and excellent communication skills in Polish and English. Experience in client services is a plus. Zakres Obowiązków...

  • Obsługa interestantów przebywających w kancelarii biura Warner Bros. Discovery - TVN. 

  • Prowadzenie ewidencji przesyłek wychodzących oraz przychodzących.

  • Sprawdzanie odbieranych przesyłek za pomocą urządzenia rentgenowskiego.

  • Koordynacja obiegu oraz dystrybucja korespondencji wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej.

  • Odbieranie, skanowanie oraz przekazywanie korespondencji w formie elektronicznej do odpowiednich osób i działów.

  • Bieżące sprawdzanie poprawności działania urządzeń i wyposażenia kancelarii.

  • Zapewnianie odpowiedniego zaopatrzenia kancelarii w materiały biurowe i pakowe, przygotowywanie zamówień.

  • znajomość zasad organizacji administracyjnej biura/recepcji/kancelarii,

  • 1-2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze obsługi klientów wewnętrznych/ zewnętrznych

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Handling visitors at the Warner Bros. Discovery - TVN office.

  • Maintaining records of outgoing and incoming mail.

  • Inspecting received parcels using X-ray equipment.

  • Coordinating the circulation and distribution of internal and external correspondence.

  • Receiving, scanning, and forwarding correspondence in electronic form to appropriate individuals and departments.

  • Regularly checking the proper functioning of office equipment and supplies.

  • Ensuring adequate office supplies and packaging materials, and preparing orders.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Familiarity with the principles of managing, storing, and circulating office correspondence and other documents.

  • Knowledge of administrative office/reception procedures.

  • Proficiency in Polish.

  • Communicative English skills.

  • 1–2 years of experience in handling internal/external client services.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
