Job Description -
A Senior Art director needs a wide range of design and creative capabilities. These include:
- Over 7 years of experience in an advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related field.
- To Manage a team of visualizers, and guide them in the field of design
- Proficient in the skill of advertising art direction including Visual Communication, Branding, typography, and layout.
- Strong skills with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
- The ability to build creatives and unique ideas.
- Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, layout design, print publication, image editing, digital media, etc.
- The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients
- The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations
- Meet with clients, pitch ideas, and develop timelines for project completion, carry on strategic planning to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Closely work with copy writers and content writers to come up with strong concepts
- Coordinating with clients, taking feedback and ensure that all their needs are met.
- To come up with knowledge sharing sessions time to time to make the team grow its thinking capacity.
- To create an environment for the team members that they would want to come to every morning.
- The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality.
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
- Must have the ability to take a job from brief to execution
- A strong portfolio (in PDF format) is a MUST
