Job Description

Nielsen's Corporate Platforms is seeking a Sr. CI Consultant specializing in SAP S4 BRIM, focusing on Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FICA. Responsibilities include leading support for SAP S4 BRIM across 50 countries, translating stakeholder requirements, guiding developers, supporting business enhancements, and managing projects related to rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. The role involves integrating SAP BRIM CI with external applications, providing user training, developing custom reports and dashboards, working with global teams, and troubleshooting issues. Experience with data migration and automated testing tools is essential. Exposure to ServiceNow and Jira is desirable. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including billing, finance, and IT departments. Continuous improvement of the SAP BRIM system is key.

Must have:

SAP S4 BRIM CI & FICA expertise
Convergent Invoicing (CI) experience
Corporate Credit & BITS creation knowledge
Integration with external applications
Data migration & automated testing experience

Good to have:

ServiceNow & Jira experience
Smart forms and Adobe forms expertise

ABOUT THIS JOB

Nielsen’s Corporate Platforms organization is looking for a Global SAP S4 BRIM senior consultant to work on SAP S4 BRIM environments and peripheral systems that are involved to create the current and future platform. In this role you will be a key contributor to translating requirements provided by stakeholders and providing tasks and guidance to the developers and support teams. This role will support business enhancements and strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM with specific responsibilities of (Convergent Invoicing) CI and FICA
Experience in working on Corporate Credit, BITS creation, Billing, Invoicing, Smart forms and Adobe forms.
Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM CI with external applications, using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the SAP BRIM system. Develop user manuals and training materials.
Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements. Experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
Customize SAP S4 BRIM solutions to meet specific business requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Work with multiple teams across the globe and handle resources from multiple vendors while ensuring smooth and on time delivery of the project deliverables.
Exposure to Data Migration and to automated testing tools is a must.
Exposure to ServiceNow and Jira is desirable.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to problems encountered by users in SAP BRIM.
Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to ensure SAP BRIM aligns with overall business objectives.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM system to enhance performance and user experience.
