The SRE/Release Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of solution releases across development, testing, and production environments. This role ensures successful integration, testing, and timely deployment, minimizing business disruptions. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise to senior management, leading cross-functional projects, and driving strategic planning. The ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge in application performance monitoring, including end-user experience measurement, runtime environment analysis, and application profiling. They must be adept at identifying, debugging, and proposing solutions to performance issues and have proven experience implementing end-to-end monitoring and alerting. A strong track record of maintaining system availability in complex, large-scale environments is crucial.
Must have:
  • Expert knowledge in APM
  • 7+ years IT/engineering experience
  • Proven experience in implementing end-to-end monitoring and alerting
  • Ability to identify and solve performance issues
  • Experience maintaining system availability in complex environments

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of solution releases across development, testing, and production environments, and ensure that all components are successfully integrated, tested, and deployed on time while minimizing disruption to business operations.

What You Will Do

Provides technical/solution expertise and advice to senior/executive management on domain application landscape and current and emerging systems trends, practices, opportunities and risks within area of expertise. Delivers analysis, interpretation and application of complex information in order to influence optimal business decisions. Leads high impact cross-functional projects and initiatives. Is future oriented and drives strategic planning. Influences and supports cross-functional project teams in order to achieve optimal results for the business.

You will be a great fit if you have

  • Expert knowledge in Application Performance Monitoring including end user experience measurement, run-time environment and Application Profiling.
  • Ability to identify, debug and propose viable solutions to issues of scale and performance Proven experience with implementing end to end monitoring and alerting.

Seven (7) years of equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A track record of excellence in maintaining system availability of complex environments at scale. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.
