As a Staff Software Engineer (Java) at Simplify360, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer experiences. Must have:

Strong Java programming skills
Experience with object-oriented design and development
Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Good to have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of AI/machine learning concepts
Experience with microservices architecture
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
