What You Will Get To Do:

The Statements Analyst plays a key role in the successful delivery of customer statements for Plum, MasterKey, and P&I members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all statement-related projects. This role enables clients to understand their current financial position by receiving Annual Statement information in an accurate and timely manner.

• Plan, gather requirements, and execute testing and implementation activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Customer Statements.

• Coordinate and oversee all actions necessary to meet Insignia Financial’s legal obligations related to Customer Statements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to review, validate, and approve business and technical requirements.

• Maintain accurate statement reporting by conducting UAT, production testing, and applying robust quality assurance processes.

• Ensure all statements are delivered in full compliance with legislative deadlines.

• Support the identification, analysis, and resolution of incidents, and contribute to control uplift initiatives to reduce risk and prevent recurrence.

What You Will Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in business, management, statistics, or a related discipline (preferred)

• Experience in project delivery

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge of MLC, ANZ, and P&I products, services, and systems
