Job Summary
Job Description
This role requires first-rate interpersonal phone skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, using operational and diagnostic procedures. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining organized notes, and utilizing networking, virtualization, and storage networking knowledge. Experience with Dell-Compellent products is an advantage, along with knowledge in Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, and Disaster Recovery.
Must have:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support.
- Networking Troubleshooting Knowledge.
- Basic Virtualization Knowledge.
Good to have:
- Prior knowledge or experience on Dell - Compellent product.
- Storage Networking Knowledge.
- Knowledge in Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, Block/File level management and Disaster recovery.

* Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a previous technical support role.
* Prior knowledge or experience on Dell - Compellent product is an added advantage
* Networking Troubleshooting Knowledge
* Basic Virtualization Knowledge
* Storage Networking Knowledge (optional)
* Knowledge in Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, Block/File level management and Disaster recovery would be highly beneficial
