Roles & Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with large datasets to build dashboards, tracker, model to help drive strategic data-driven decisions.
• Working with cross-functional teams to improve business performance and operational excellence.
• Support the implementation of new operational initiatives and evaluate their impact.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
• Track market trends and categorise useful information.
• Ad-hoc tasks relevant to operations team’s requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree in Business/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Economics or related field.
• Basic skills of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets are required. Familiarity with programming languages and know-how for analytics e.g. SQL, Python, R, Macros and/ or App Script is preferred.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience managing/leading projects in school or past work/internship is a plus.
• 6 months of relevant internship experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in technology and logistics.
