The Support Engineer will be responsible for handling on-call duties through PagerDuty to resolve service issues and restore normal operation. This includes addressing problems outside of regular working hours. The role also involves supporting and maintaining existing automation systems, including tuning and fixing them as needed, as well as designing and developing new automation components and features. Furthermore, the engineer will review and approve merge requests from the Operational Team, applying run books and automation components, and manage permissions for existing and new users/roles using run books and automation components.
