As a Talent Experience Specialist, you'll support the Talent Attraction team throughout the recruitment journey, from job opening to pre-boarding. You'll handle high-volume interview coordination, manage offer letter generation, own background checks, and ensure a seamless pre-boarding experience. Must-haves include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a TA coordination or operations role.

The Job:
As a Talent Experience Specialist, you will play an essential role in providing support to the Talent Attraction team across the entire recruitment journey from job opening to pre-boarding.

The Job:
As a Talent Experience Specialist, you will play an essential role in providing support to the Talent Attraction team across the entire recruitment journey from job opening to pre-boarding.
You Will:
- Handle high volume of coordination of interviews Schedule high volume of interviews across departments within Greenhouse (ATS)
- Open requisitions in Greenhouse per job set-up guidelines and close out requisitions once candidate is hired
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire interview process and pre-boarding
- Manage multi-country offer letter generation and sending process
- Own background check process including initiating new checks, monitoring progress and properly escalating issues
- Own pre-boarding process including sending welcome letter, initiating background check, hiring candidate in Greenhouse, updating necessary trackers
- Assist in projects that help scale the TA function
- 2-4 years' experience in a TA coordination or TA operations role
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Ability to multitask and learn processes quickly for more efficient and effective results
- Ability to exercise excellent judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time-management and people skills
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency and fluency in English is required
