This role is for a Team Assistant based in Sydney CBD within Colliers' Residential Development Sites team. The position involves supporting high-profile property campaigns, focusing on campaign coordination and marketing. Responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, managing submissions, coordinating timelines, meetings, and client engagement. The role also involves assisting Directors with presentations, organizing meetings and events, managing team expenses, and liaising with the finance team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be eager to see campaigns come to life.

Bring your campaign coordination and marketing skills to the forefront in this dynamic team support role. Based in our Sydney CBD office, this opportunity sits within Colliers’ leading Residential Development Sites team, and is far from your typical assistant role. You'll be at the centre of high-profile property campaigns, supporting the team through every stage of the process, from preparing marketing materials and managing submissions to coordinating timelines, meetings, and client engagement activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Directors with creating high-impact presentations, submissions, and property documentation to help win new business.
  • Preparing marketing collateral and information memorandums for on- and off-market development site listings.
  • Supporting end-to-end campaign coordination, from inception to completion.
  • Organising meetings, agendas, and minutes, including setting up rooms and catering as needed.
  • Assisting with planning and executing client engagement initiatives and events.
  • Becoming a super-user across internal Colliers systems, supporting our national residential team.
  • Coordinating travel bookings and managing team expenses and supplier invoices.
  • Liaising with the finance team for invoicing and advertising reconciliation.
  • Managing internal team communications and day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a property, or professional services administration role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written communication and intermediate marketing/presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Word, InDesign experience is highly regarded (training can be provided).
  • A proactive attitude, with a team-first mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond.
