The Program Facilitator role within the National Local Government Vulnerability Program team involves engaging, promoting, and delivering the NLGVP in Adelaide.   • Experience in local/state government is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in project or program coordination.
  • Strong skills in data collection, management, and analysis.
  • Ability to understand relevant legislative, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive reports including data analysis.
  • Current Driver’s License and willingness to travel.

At JLT Public Sector (JLT) we are committed to delivering specialist risk services and products to Local Government through the development of the diverse Local Government Mutual Schemes, nationally. 

We are excited to announce a newly created position for a Program Facilitator within our dynamic National Local Government Vulnerability Program team. Located in Adelaide, this pivotal role will be at the forefront of engaging, promoting, and delivering the National Local Government Vulnerability Program (NLGVP). If you have a background in local or state government business, possess good communication skills and enjoy data analysis, this opportunity is for you.



We will count on you to:

  • Actively participate in client engagement, program promotion, scheduling, workshop facilitation, and debriefing of the NLGVP ensuring a positive and impactful experience for all stakeholders
  • Support the ongoing success of the NLGVP by being an integral part of the facilitation team for on-site activities
  • Serve as a key contact for clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders, guiding the progression of the NLGVP within established strategic, risk and financial frameworks
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of a variety of written materials, including individual council profile reports, NLGVP communications, insightful data progress reports, briefings, and formal correspondence
  • Assist in developing documentation and specifications to engage the right facilitators and resources for the phased delivery of the NLGVP across states and territories.



What you need to have:

  • Experience working in local /state government would be highly regarded
  • Proven experience in project or program coordination
  • Strong skills in data collection, management and analysis
  • Ability to understand relevant legislative, compliance and regulatory frameworks which impact public sector offerings and solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to build strong relationships and foster collaboration
  • Experience in developing comprehensive reports that include data analysis
  • Current Drivers’ License and keen to travel (intra-state and inter-state).
