As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of business strategy and technology, helping solve complex problems, optimize performance, and drive value across the organization. In this role, you will be focused on diagnosing process inefficiencies, designing scalable technical solutions, and leveraging low-code/no-code platforms to build innovative applications. Collaborating with and empowering internal teams, you’ll ensure that technology is seamlessly embedded into our operational strategy, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and efficiency.
Assess and diagnose multifaceted business challenges, translating them into scalable technology solutions.
Leverage low-code/no-code tools to design and implement efficient process improvements and build custom applications that drive results.
Facilitate the development and support of Citizen Developers, empowering non-technical employees to create and improve application capabilities within their teams.
Use data-driven insights, employing Six Sigma methodologies, to identify process inefficiencies and design actionable solutions.
Utilize data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake and SQL to analyze data flows, build scalable data architectures, and drive insights for business decisions.
Develop technical prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and detailed process diagrams to validate solutions before full implementation.
Drive major process transformation projects, focusing on scalable and sustainable improvements within a cross-functional team.
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance both operational efficiency and technological innovation within the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in technical consulting, process optimization, or business technology roles, with a strong focus on driving process improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to apply Six Sigma methodologies, including diagnosing issues and developing solutions via data and process analysis.
Expertise in low-code/no-code development platforms and data warehouse technologies, particularly SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, Zapier, Airtable, Appian, and Microsoft Power Automate.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes of complex problems and devise effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing change at various levels within an organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 112,600.00 USD - 140,700.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
